To ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the statement by the Creative Rights in AI Coalition, published on 16 December; and whether they intend further regulations on the use of creatively owned property to train AI.

We have seen the statement by the Creative Rights in AI Coalition and look forward to assessing it in the context of the consultation on Copyright and AI which we published on 17 December 2024 and closes on 25 February 2025. The consultation can be found on the gov.uk website.
