Question for Department of Health and Social Care

The Licensing Act 2003 already includes robust provisions to regulate the supply of alcohol to children under 18 years old. NHS England also publishes guidance advising that children and young people should not drink alcohol before the age of 18 years old. We do not intend to bring forward legislative proposals at this time.
