To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether intelligence on (a) Gaza, (b) Israel and (c) Palestine obtained via UK surveillance assets since 7 October 2023 has been shared with his Israeli counterpart.

On 2 December, the Government announced the UK Ministry of Defence will conduct surveillance flights in the Eastern Mediterranean in support of the ongoing hostage rescue activity. This includes operating in air space over Israel and Gaza. Surveillance aircraft will be unarmed, do not have a combat role, and will be tasked solely to locate hostages. Only information relating to hostage rescue will be passed to the relevant authorities responsible for hostage rescue.
