To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what estimate she has made of the number of fines issued to water companies by the Environment Agency in each year since 2010.

The Environment Agency collects data of the number and total amount fines issued to Water Companies following prosecution. Since 2010, the totals and amounts are follows:
