To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether any (a) patient sensitive and (b) other confidential data was compromised in the cyber incident that is affecting the NHS Digital Mental Health Services Monthly Statistics.

The confidentiality of data held by mental health providers has not been compromised by the cyber incident. A small number of social care organisations were affected by a data breach. The software supplier recovered the limited data obtained from its systems and believe the likelihood of harm to individuals is low. The organisations affected have been notified.
