A Joint Analysis of Conflict and Stability (JACS) was completed earlier this year. The JACS was commissioned to develop a cross-HMG understanding of the drivers, dynamics, triggers and resilience for conflict, insecurity and instability in Ethiopia and the implications for UK interests and priorities. It is being used to guide HMG's approach to supporting peace and stability in Ethiopia and prevent human rights abuses and violations as a result of conflict.
