To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the recent evidence, presented by the Hudson Institute at the International Religious Freedom Summit 2022, concerning ongoing organ harvesting in China and the facilitation of the practice by medical institutions in the West.

We continue to closely monitor and review evidence relating to reports of forced organ harvesting in China and maintain a dialogue with leading NGOs and international partners on the issue.
We regularly raise our concerns about the human rights situation in China directly with the Chinese authorities at the highest levels. Most recently, the Prime Minister did so in a telephone call with President Xi on 25 March.
