To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what discussions she has had with her Polish counterpart on reports that some (a) people of colour and (b) LGBTIQA+ people are not being allowed to cross the border when fleeing Ukraine.

The UK is committed to the principle of non-discrimination on any grounds, including on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or race. The Foreign Secretary regularly speaks with Polish Foreign Minister Rau where these issues are raised.
