To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate he has made of the number of women who have been diagnosed with endometriosis in (a) Coventry North East constituency, (b) Coventry, (c) the West Midlands and (d) England; and what plans his Department has to improve healthcare for women with endometriosis in those areas.

The information requested is not held centrally. Clinical commissioning groups have responsibility for commissioning gynaecological services to meet the needs of the local population, based on demand and demographics. Endometriosis will be a priority area within the menstrual health and gynaecological conditions section of the forthcoming Women’s Health Strategy. We aim to publish the Strategy in spring 2022.
