To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the social care needs of working-age disabled adults in (a) Newcastle upon Tyne Central constituency and (b) the Newcastle City Council area.

No assessment has been made. Under the Care Act 2014, local authorities have a duty to assess the care needs of their local populations.
