To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether his Department has received assurances that Amazon Web Services will pay in full its UK taxes on all income earned with respect to its recently reported cloud computing contract with GCHQ.

The administration of the tax system is a matter for HMRC. It would not be appropriate for Treasury Ministers to become involved in the administration of the tax system in specific cases.
