The Department does not collect information on investigations or prosecutions relating to Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) decisions. The Care Quality Commission continues to ensure providers understand their responsibilities if allegations of inappropriate application of DNACPR decisions are brought to their attention and raise cases as appropriate with the relevant bodies.
