Question for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

UIN 178601, tabled on 12 April 2021

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what steps he is taking to help bring to justice the people responsible for the shooting down of Ukraine International Airlines flight PS752 over Tehran in January 2020.

There must be justice for the victims of Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752, and accountability for Iran. The UK is working closely with partners in the International Coordination and Response Group to achieve this, and to negotiate with Iran on providing reparations. The UK is also committed to supporting the safer skies initiative, of which we are a founding member.
