To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answers by Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon on 6 May 2020 (HL3436) and the Minister of State at the Home Office on 11 January (HC130095), what assessment they have made of the role of Tariq Al-Hassan in human rights violations in Bahrain.

We work with a wide variety of partners in Bahrain, including the Ministry of Interior and its Chief of Public Security. As previously stated, any assistance we provide is kept under regular review to ensure it fully complies with our human rights obligations and the Overseas Security and Justice Assistance process.
