Question for Department of Health and Social Care

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when he will be able to estimate where covid-19 transmission is occurring in Newcastle in regard to (a) settings, (b) communities and (c) ages.

This answer is the replacement for a previous holding answer.

The Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies has convened a sub-group to look at routes of transmission across a range of sectors and environments. This group will report their findings later in the year.
