The FCDO is committed to putting inclusion, belonging, diversity and respect at its heart, and is working towards its aspiration to be the most inclusive government department. Consistent with this and the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/section/149), the FCDO conducts Equality Impact Analysis for all key decisions.
