Coronavirus: Contact Tracing

Question for Department of Health and Social Care

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how NHS Test and Trace employees will securely identify themselves when they alert the contacts of people testing positive for covid-19 by (a) text, (b) email and (c) phone call; and how the trained call handler will identify themselves.

This answer is the replacement for a previous holding answer.

Named day
