To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will reassess the potential merits of the £625 immigration health surcharge for NHS staff who are not UK citizens.

As set out in the manifesto, the Government is committed to increasing the Immigration Health Surcharge to ensure that temporary migrants cover the costs of the NHS services provided to them. We will set out our detailed plans for implementing this shortly.
