To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions he had with his counterpart in the US Administration on death of Harry Dunn in the three weeks after 27 August 2019.

As I explained to the House on 21 October, I raised this case twice with the US Ambassador in order to express my disappointment with the decision not to waive immunity, and to request that the decision be reversed. I spoke to the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in the same terms on 7 October and the Prime Minister raised the case with President Trump on 9 October.
