Question for Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport

Advertising and marketing are a central driver of the UK economy, as well as an important source of revenue to broadcasters, and the Government is committed to supporting the continued growth of the industry across the whole of the UK. The industry is world-beating and fast-moving. Whether through the Creative Industries Sector Deal or the Digital Charter, the Government is helping it to grow and adapt in a changing landscape. The UK's decision to leave the EU will not change that. We are working closely with the sector to understand the specific impacts and opportunities of leaving the EU on business.
