As the Prime Minister announced on 21 January anyone who has already applied for settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, or who applies and pays a fee during the pilot phases, will have their fee refunded.
The Home Office will set out full details in due course.

Named day
Named day questions only occur in the House of Commons. The MP tabling the question specifies the date on which they should receive an answer. MPs may not table more than five named day questions on a single day.
