The Government’s response to the Learning Disabilities Mortality Review Programme (LeDeR) report, published on 12 September 2018, identifies actions for the Department, as well as NHS England and other partners, to address the national recommendations in the LeDeR report.
The Department and its partners continue to make progress towards implementing these actions, to improve support for people with learning disabilities across the health and care system, reduce health inequalities and improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
