To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact of the recent decline of large restaurant chains.

The Government recognises that in some areas the restaurant sector is changing as it responds to changes in the market, and that when some restaurant chains close, this presents a stressful and uncertain time for affected employees and their families.
