Over the five-year period from 2015-16 to 2019-20 councils will have access to more than £200 billion. It is for local authorities to determine how to spend this and the other sources of income they receive on the services that they provide, including Environmental Health, taking account of local needs and priorities.
Named day
Named day questions only occur in the House of Commons. The MP tabling the question specifies the date on which they should receive an answer. MPs may not table more than five named day questions on a single day.
