To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 3 December to Question 196117 on South Eastern Rail Franchise, when in the New Year he plans to make an announcement on the successful bidder of the new South Eastern rail franchise; and whether the new operator will be ready to take over in April 2019.
