To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether the Special Air Service has given any training, advice or assistance to the Indian army commando unit called the National Security Guard in the last 30 years; and if he will make a statement.

It is Her Majesty's Government's policy not to comment, and to dissuade others from commenting or speculating, about the activities of Special Forces because of the security implications.
