To ask Her Majesty's Government what measures they are taking to safeguard the nuclear supply chain and ensure that the UK has access to the necessary nuclear materials after Brexit.

The Government is committed to ensuring that effective arrangements are in place for nuclear co-operation with both Euratom and the rest of the world, including for the transport of materials. Our strategy is to seek a close association with Euratom and at the same time, to put in place all the necessary measures to ensure that the UK can operate as an independent and responsible nuclear state from day one.
