To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what recent meetings he has had with leading social media companies to discuss the prevalence, removal and prevention of hate speech and other extreme content on social media platforms.

Ministers and officials have regular meetings and discussions with social media companies on a range of issues including the removal of hate speech and extreme content. Details of ministerial meetings are published quarterly on the website.
