The Ministry of Defence takes a robust approach towards ensuring no service contract suppliers have been prosecuted for involvement in human trafficking or any other offences falling under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
All suppliers must confirm they have no convictions under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to remain eligible to compete for the delivery of Defence service contracts.
