To ask Her Majesty's Government what action they are taking to prevent adverse impacts on the steel industry of future trade deals.

While seeking greater access to overseas markets, such as through future trade agreements, the Government remains committed to using trade remedy measures in line with WTO rules to ensure that our domestic industries are protected from unfair and injurious trade practices, such as dumping and subsidies.
