Hebron: Religious Freedom

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the right to freedom of religion in Hebron following reports that the Israeli occupation authorities prevented the call for prayer on a large number of occasions in 2017; and what representations they have made to the government of Israel regarding such reports.

​The UK is strongly committed to freedom of worship. We will look into the circumstances surrounding this issue, and seek clarification from the appropriate Israeli authorities.
