The Department for Work and Pensions provides the Department for Education with lists of households who may potentially be eligible for its free early years education entitlement for disadvantaged 2-year-olds.
Households on Universal Credit Live Service and legacy benefits are currently included on these lists. Households on Universal Credit Full Service will be included on these lists from March 2018.
