To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to Questions 107373, 107372 and 107371 on cost of energy independent review, for what reasons his Department is not able to answer those Questions within the usual time period; and if he will answer those Questions before Professor Dieter Helm Cost of energy review is published.

This answer is the replacement for a previous holding answer.
