To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 16 October 2017 to Question 107214, on fracking, if he will make it his policy to undertake a public consultation prior to any decision being taken on granting hydraulic fracturing consent; and if he will make a statement.
