To ask the Leader of the House, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of establishing a separate procedure for the House's scrutiny of and agreement to the funding on the £1billion of additional financial support for Northern Ireland referred to in the agreement between the Government and the DUP, published on 26 June 2017; and if she will make a statement.
