To ask Her Majesty's Government when issues relating to the UK's participation in the Erasmus Programme will be scheduled for discussion as part of the negotiations on exiting the EU.

At the start of these negotiations, both sides agreed that the aim was to make progress on four key areas: citizen's rights, the financial settlement, Northern Ireland and Ireland and broader separation issues.
Both sides need to move swiftly on to discussing our future partnership, including specific European programmes we may still wish to participate in. We want that to happen after the October European Council.
The UK government does recognise the value of international exchange and collaboration in education and training, and this forms part of our vision for the UK as a global nation.
