To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what recent representations he has received on exemptions to the proposed limit on tax credits to two children for women who have had a subsequent child as a result of rape.

The Government ran a public consultation on all the exceptions which closed on 27 November 2016. The Government published the consultation response setting out finalised policy decisions on 20 January 2017. The consultation response listed the organisations that made representations to the Government during the consultation period.
