To ask Her Majesty’s Government what steps will be taken to ensure that data to be collected under the draft regulations on the duty to report on payment practices and policies will be made accessible to (1) small firms, and (2) third party intermediaries.

The Government will provide a web service for businesses to publish information about their payment practices and performance. This will be available from April 2017 and will be part of the Gov.uk website. Small firms, suppliers, and other interested parties will be able to view the information as soon as a business publishes it. The web service is currently being developed with input from potential users to ensure it is easy to access.
