NHS: Company Cars

Question for Department of Health

UIN 53726, tabled on 18 November 2016

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment his Department has made of the value in recruiting and retaining staff of salary sacrifice company cars to employers in the NHS.

Answered on

NHS employer organisations are responsible for the recruitment and retention of their staff and, therefore, individual National Health Service employers rather than the Department would assess the value of any such schemes they use in helping recruitment and retention.

Named day
