The response to the recent consultation on the provision of courts and tribunals set out that taking into account the needs of users, including those who are vulnerable, is a key principle in the development of our reforms. We are committed to maintaining - and indeed improving - access to justice as we move towards digital channels in the courts and tribunals service. This means making sure that all users are supported to access our digital services - we call this ‘assisted digital’ support.
The assisted digital arrangements we will put in place will be tailored to the needs of users and the service with which they are interacting.
