Information on the number of remissions made and the average time taken is published in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Official Tribunal Statistics, at: www.gov.uk/government/collections/tribunals-statistics.
It is not possible to provide the longest time taken to reach a decision on a remission application due to data quality issues. Employment tribunal fees statistics are currently published as experimental statistics - the data and analyses are in a developmental stage and subject to further refinement. We continue to work on improving the quality of the remissions data and will be providing further updates in the official statistics in due course.
