To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what plans he has to ensure that civil society and members of the public are able to contribute to a consultation on a British Bill of Rights.

The Justice Secretary told the Justice Select Committee in oral evidence on 17 July that the government would "stick to the government's current practice on consultations".
