To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how much his Department (a) expected to receive and (b) received from employment tribunal fees in the year following the introduction of the scheme.

In a single financial year, the Department expected to receive income from employment tribunal fees of £10m. In the first full year following introduction, the Department collected £9m, broadly in line with expectations.
