To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what assessment she has made of the potential effect of the acquisition of the National Assets Management Agency's Northern Ireland development portfolio by Cerberus on the Northern Ireland economy.

I have not discussed the acquisition of the National Assets Management Agency’s Northern Ireland development portfolio by Cerberus with either the First Minister or the deputy First Minister.

I have discussed the potential economic impacts of the sale of the development portfolio in general terms with Executive Ministers, for example in my role as Chair of the Joint Ministerial Taskforce on Banking and Access to Finance.
