To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what discussions he has held with the Northern Ireland Executive on repeal of the Human Rights Act 1998 and its potential effect on the Good Friday Agreement.

We will consider the implications of a Bill of Rights on devolution as we develop our proposals, and we will fully engage with the devolved administrations.
