On 5 December my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron), stressed our concerns about Pakistan’s blasphemy law with Prime Minister Sharif. I also raised our concerns and Ms Bibi’s case with the Pakistan High Commissioner on 28 October. We hope the verdict will be overturned on appeal and will continue to raise our concerns about this and similar cases.
