Question for Home Office

UIN 215064, tabled on 18 November 2014

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answers of 17 November 2014 to Question 213402 and of 11 November 2014 to Question 213405, how many of the Libyan service personnel who were in receipt of military training in the UK since June 2014 have been returned to Libya.

This answer is the replacement for a previous holding answer.

Of the Libyan service personnel who were in receipt of military training earlier this year, fewer than 10 remain in the UK.

As the number of individuals is so few, consistent with our obligations under the Data Protection Act, it would be inappropriate to release further details.
