To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, when he expects the European Commission to make a decision on the Aggregate Credit Levy scheme.

On 7th August 2014, the European Commission released a short summary of their decision on the Aggregates Levy Credit scheme. The full decision will be released by the commission in the coming weeks once commercially sensitive information has been redacted.
