To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what information her Department has gathered on opinions of members of the public of the recorded voice facility offered when they ring regional passport offices on urgent business.

Her Majesty's Passport Office routinely carries out research to obtain
customers' views on a range of its services. No specific research has been undertaken on the
recorded voice facility on its customer service lines.
